Energising berry smoothie
Prep time: 5 minutes
1 frozen unripe (green) banana, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred nut mylk)
1/4 cup coconut yoghurt
1 scoop Strawberry BODY Inner Beauty Powder
1/2 medjool date
1 tsp chia seeds
1 ice cube
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
3-4 fresh strawberries
1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass and sprinkle with chia seeds.
