According to the celebrity trainer and founder of the 12 Week Body Transformation program (12WBT), this is 10 minute workout is as good for endurance as an hour-long run.
BUT in order for this 10 minute workout to be as effective, you have to hit 100% intensity for each of the intervals. So, if you’re not completely gassed, you haven’t pushed hard enough.
