The most popular workout on Chris Hemsworth’s health and fitness app Centr this year is one led by Hemsworth’s very own personal trainer, Luke Zocchi.

Luke’s Heart Starter is part of Centr’s six week Centr 6 program (it’s also the program’s Monday workout, suggesting lots of Centr members stuck to the rule of ‘never miss a Monday!’ this year).

Led by Luke – with trainer Ashley demonstrating beginner modifications, and Da Rulk showing an advanced option – the workout takes you through six rounds of six moves:

1. Burpee curl press

2. Bent over rows (Single Arm)

3. Bodyweight squats

4. Single arm snatch

5. Zottman curls

6. Sit thrus
