Barre helped Williams regain her flexibility and improve her muscular strength when her arthritis began to deplete her strength and range of motion.

“By focusing on all three of the glute muscles, this workout maximises the work in a short period of time,” Williams writes. “Each glute exercise also requires stabilisation of the core to maximise the ab work as well.
