About this class
This class is going to use a few different breath techniques, as well as yoga postures designed to lift your energy. Emma says this class is a “powerful practice of yoga to shift and transform the energy in our body.”
Beginning with a breath of joy and followed by a series of backbending poses that will help warm up the body. These active poses stimulate the blood flow through the body, particularly those that gently stretch the spine can help combat fatigue and boost feelings of vitality and might also help to counter some of the effects of long periods of sitting.
