It’s swimsuit season, here’s model Samantha Harris’s trick to feeling confident in a cozzie.

Donning a swimsuit is daunting for many of us, but according to model Samantha Harris, there’s only one thing you need to do to feel “swimwear ready” this summer: get your head in the game.

“Confidence is definitely something I have to work on,” the Biologi ambassador tells Body+Soul.

“I practise self-love and nourish my mind and body with healthy practices to give myself the right mindset.”

Harris says she doesn’t put too much focus on how her body looks, but rather on how she feels.

“Obviously exercise is important as I always want to feel comfortable in my own skin, but mostly because it helps my frame of mind. Exercise releases endorphins to make you feel good and that’s why I work out.”
